    Noveske Skinny Carbine Moe

    http://www.shopnoveske.com/products/...bine-moe-rifle

Hello everyone. Been looking at something like this from Noveske.

Anyone have one of these? How does it shoot in this configuration from an accuracy standpoint?

I believe this barrel is a little bit smaller dia than the Light config?

    Thanks.

My friend has that rifle and it's great, very accurate and never had any issues with it shooting a wide variety of ammo. ROGtac has the upper on sale http://www.rogtac.com/noveske/uppers...moe-bc1-5.html

Because it doesn't do anything a $799 colt 6720 won't do. Because I just made a bcm elw kmr upper bolt to a lower for $1000 before optics.

Really in the current market there's no reason to spend that much coin on such a featureless rifle.

The $780 rogtac sale - is not THAT overpriced, once you consider battle comp 1.5, BCG, and MBUS.
With that said, it's still tought to beat BCMs offerings right now with their BCG and Mod1 on their 16s.
No...I'm not crazy - and neither AM I !! Next question!!

    Colt 6920 is $1097 @ WalMart

    BCM Mod 4 CH-$45
    BC 1.5-$150 + pinning
Magpul MOE gear is about $85
    ALG ACT around $65
    Noveske QD endplate $25
    MBUS Rear $45

All that added together is $1512. Plus you get Noveske quality. $500 over a stock 6920 doesn't sound that bad to me and you get a light weight CHF barrel (that cost more than non CHF) which I'd prefer in that setup.

If you want a Noveske, and you like knowing you have a Noveske, its a great rifle. I've wanted that exact rifle forever.

But when I can get a BFH upper with BCG, CH and pinned BCM comp from BCUSA plus a Lower with a CTR and MOE handguard furniture from Grant for $1,000 total it doesn't make sense for me.

I will take a Noveske rifle over a Colt or BCM any day......this is a situation where you truly get what you pay for. Quality at its best.
In no way do I make any money from anyone related to the firearms industry.

    Totally agreed, to an extent.

This issue for me is that money talks. I'll gladly take a BCM with a used T1 over a new Noveske with an MBUS for the same price anyday.
