In NYC, where law abiding types can't (unless wealthy and or connected) CCW a handgun, these quality human being had a ‘artistic differences' with his rap star partner supposedly, and this was the results. Note the gun goes dry so he pistol whips him and the other guys stepping over him and trying not to step in the blood. The suspect remains at large is my understanding

And he will probably use new found glory to make a rap album, even if he gets arrested it'll just make a better " gangster image". You know how serial killers can't profit from books of their crimes, musicians/artists shouldn't be allowed to profit from music if it depicts (or so much as hints) to criminal activity.....
