    Guess I didn't realize he shot this deer when he said "a nice buck"




    Finally got him tho! Pretty awesome to see these animals grow throughout the year. The fact that we can keep them around for months without a fence is pretty nice too. Guess we're doing something right in land management...

    I'm going out for the the last time tonight with a firearm. Might try late season bow but i'm tired of early saturday mornings. I want to sleep in

    We get a special antlerless firearm season that opens on Dec26, hoping to fill the freezer more then.

    Our group had a fun productive season. The fourteen year old son of one of the hunters killed a big 150 inch deer during bow season. Myself and another hunter killed a couple of three year old does with our handguns. I also took a wide. 116 inch ten point with the slug shotgun and a 124 inch nine point with the black powder gun.
