It isn't about being "the man". And we sure are not swingers. In fact I have always found the swinger lifestyle dangerous and disturbing. Can't type a lot since I am on my phone at the hospital.

The labor was hard. She had some trouble pushing so it took longer and Freya slipped back a couple times. This lead to a slightly worrying level of fluid in her lungs. However she recovered fast. Today she is healthy. Not a lot of crying but a good level of movement.
Tell my tale to those who ask. Tell it truly; the ill deeds along with the good, and let me be judged accordingly.

Someone who chooses the name Freya for a baby girl should do a tad more research on the name, Similar to my best friend naming his children Odin and Atlas.

At first, prior to reading other posts, I was positive by girlfriend you did not mean a romantic relationship being that your wife texted you.

Now that I have read further, my mind has been blown.

I have always preferred relationships, I have found finding something good, and investing time in just that to be the most rewarding longterm and involve the least drama.

I have a close friend I would consider a womanizer, and chronic lack of loyalty to woman. He's a douche bag, and is deceitful. He lies to these woman, they are not willing participants, they believe in his loyalty. He has two children with two woman, in the span of 23 months. This seems all too common a story.

You however have two woman under the same roof who are active participants, not so common a story. You have piqued my fascination. I apologize to go to far off topic but I have some questions, I hope you do not take offense.

Being one is married to you and the other is your "girlfriend" is it safe to assume there is a hierarchy?

Why did you get married if you were interested in relationships with multiple woman?

Do they both have sex with you at the same time ever?, or is strictly heterosexual?

How many bedrooms do you three (now four) occupy?

How long has it been going on for?

Have you had similar relationships with other woman knowing about each other?

    How old is everyone?

Again I'm not judging so much as just fascinated.

"In Norse mythology, Freyja (Old Norse the "Lady") is a goddess associated with love, sexuality, beauty, fertility, gold, seiğr, war, and death."

My cousins named their kids Dracan and Sorscia. It gave me the impression that someone played a little too much Dungeons & Dragons as a kid.

Well, that makes two of us...

Household Six would have me drawn and quartered for even talking about the subject, let alone actually going through it.

I'll freely admit - absolutely fascinated by what you've put together. Please share the details, and like TMS stated, totally not judging.
Shut up, row well, and live.

Cute kiddo!! Hope all works out well for you. No matter how thorough you think you are with child proofing the house you will miss something; so the earlier you can start house proofing the child the better off you will be. If you think you have enough diapers and formula - you're wrong. Treat those things like 22LR. When you're in the store and see them buy a small batch if you can afford it. Bouncers that's play music as mentioned before are great to give you a bit of hands free time. Make sure you loctite the screws if there is any assembly required. Ask me how I know . Kids are he most rewarding head ache machines ever created. Enjoy your time with her. Before you know it she'll think you're an over bearing idiot and won't want to have anything to do with you. Should last about 3-5 years then things will normalize again.

Good luck with the relationships. Babies and lack of sleep tend to add stress to any relationship so be ready for it. I've seen plenty of "traditional"people be turds as parents, so IMO that has little to do with being a good parent. If you guys are committed, have and keep your priorities synced you'll do OK.

Yep. The doctor screwed up my wife's epidural and caused a "wet tap" were it goes into the spinal fluid. Only half of her body felt anything from the epidural, and her foot was still numb 3-4 weeks after the birth. It probably took 6 weeks for it to wear off 100%. Not to mention the 4-5 days of spinal headaches after we went home due to the wet tap.
