I have an A5 on a pistol and it works great.

An A5 buffer and Sig brace would be a great combo.

I do wish KAK would mill out the whole extended buffer tube so you could put the Voltor A5 spring and buffer in. The extra length is there, it would be nice to be able to use it.

Wait.... Pat Rogers has an AR pistol with Sig Brace?? That can't be right. I keep hearing that AR pistols are a 'novelty' and a 'toy', and no serious shooters would ever be caught dead with one....

Why the hell not - exactly as Grant and Gunz have mentioned, people who do training and have to travel to multiple states stand to benefit the most from a usable setup like this. Why only have mediocre hardware, especially when BCM already has the best moustrap hardware for the upper (11.5" ELW/KMR uppers)?

I think that the Sig brace has changed a lot of the attitude towards some pistols. There are still novelty type pistols out there, but a legitimate, useful NFA upper (minus VFG) paired with a pistol lower and Sig brace has some advantages.

I think the KAK RE is still the best way to mount the Sig arm brace. The shelf puts the brace closer to a position 2-3 on a standard stock, and has worked well for me.

I agree. The KAK system is well thought out. I use it with both spacers to get a comfortable LOP.
