    Somebody is gonna pay a lot to own the most desirable comic book ever made. To think how many kids had their "golden age" comics books sacrificed to "paper drives" during the war effort.

    It says .10 on the cover. Why overpay? Must be a really good book...

    Right there with you man....I already had my youngest child for sale on eBay, she is the cutest and I could get the most for her....

    Interesting that the seller conspicuously states the sale is "benefiting the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation" while the actual amount is 1%.

    Better something than nothing but a tad misleading.

    Nice pick up on the actual amount of benefit. I couldn't find where those asterisks were leading anywhere on the eBay listing.

    Being perfectly fair to the owner (or consignment) of the comic, they want to get their moneys worth, but it is still 17,500.10 in contribution currently.
