Cut bait with both these guys - 'cause trouble's a-coming.....the bush idea sounds like the best bet.

I don't have much in common with either individual. Both seem to be the type who believes professional wrestling is real. It's comical watching them huff and puff at each other. The pointing, the posturing...the only thing missing is long hair and spandex.

Neighbor A is in the wrong since his direct actions are causing damage to neighbor B's car.

Now, what should happen is they should do a pow-wow over a pizza and a 6 pack and solve the problem like men instead of suburban house wives bickering over who-done-it. If I were B, I would offer man hours to help plant hedge bushes along the property owner. A should pay for, and help, plant said bushes. It would increase the property value from additional lawn furnishings and stop the blow over. I would also suggest not running the sprinklers at the night time since wind usually picks up from the sun heating the earth during the day. Wind in the morning usually isn't as big of a deal.

Neighbor A never physically came onto the property of Neighbor B. Can you legally sue for trespass via airborne water spray? If so I'm suing every neighbor who smokes cigarettes and buying new toys.

You don't have to actually trespass in person to be sued for trespass. For Example. Neighbor A is a prick that likes to get wasted and throw beer bottles onto Neighbor B's driveway.

Neighbor A, intentionally moved an item on to Neighbor Bs property, without consent, and caused damages.

Here, Neghbor A is knowingly blasting Neighbor B's property with water that is causing damage to B's property. Hence, Neighbor A loses. Neighbor A can come up with any excuse that he wants, but his activities are an unwarranted intrusion into B's property, and B is suffering demonstrable harm as a result of the intrusion.

I don't think you will win with the cigarettes, but Neighbor B will win in your scenario.

If you ever decide to move to Fl, please buy one of the houses next to me. I will pay for the pizza for any mediated disputes.

Alaska man. I am going to move to Alaska after I get 1500 hours of float time where I am at now. After that, raising a family will be priority number one, and then fly airplanes for a paycheck, fly fish for fun, and camp to release tension in my spare time.

I'd move to the country where I can do anything I want and not listen to the neighbors bs. That's what I did 21 years ago and been happy ever since.

If I had a shit ton of money, could handle the winters and didn't mind days of sunlight and a few days of night I'd probably want to live in Alaska too. At least then I'd have cause to open carry my HK G3.

    Airhasz,

    You sir, are correct!

If you have contentious neighbors, move. If you can't do so immediately, start planning it and it will ultimately happen.

We moved into the country about 8 years ago and absolutely love it. I have a back yardrange, which I mostly use for pistol practice, but occasionally I'll shoot my AR too No neighbor complains. For really long range AR shooting, I walk to my neighbors field (right behind my house) with his permission of course with gun and gear and get after it. He has two big target stands. One of which I recently resurfaced with new plywood.

My yard is completely fenced in to keep the neighborhood dogs from fertilizing my yard and to keep feral hogs out that were tearing up my yard. And yes, I harvested some of them first. Mighty fine eating too!

The neighbors I have are all gun folk and we all get along very well.

All of us have stories of one time living in suburbia hell and neighbor disputes. Of course, we all have acreage so petty squabbles just don't arise among us.

My cousin flew bush pilot for several years in his youth before the airlines hired him. He loved it. My wife wants to get her seaplane rating pretty bad too.
