Digital manipulation (in both film & stills) certainly has introduced a level of skepticism - reality doesn't always seem to rise to the level the audience expects anymore. If the clip the OP posted is 100% real, the guy probably has a shot at being a stuntman if he so chooses....I've yet to see that act in a movie and Hollywood certainly has worn the rest of the stunts rather thin at this point.
