    muzzle tq?

    What is the tq spec range for muzzle break on remmy 700? Its aac brake that I'll use for my can

    Glad I ask because the packaging said 45ft lbs on the low side to 55ft lbs

    Is this the new one that doesn't use the shims?
    Shimmed brakes, use less torqu so the the shims themselves won't get destroyed. If this is the shimless version - then I'd (reluctantly) opt for the higher torque setting.

    Yes it is the new shim-less one. I have enough rockset for two life times .

    Going to do some later testing today. Shoot with out it then install it to 20Ft/lbs and see what it does. Worst case is it blows the groups up and I'll run brake-less.

    I don't know about that. The crap dries out quick.. in the bottle... and even the blister packs only last so long. Annoying as hell.

    I did not know that..I had gotten a big bottle a while back from brownells. Wonder what the average self life is.
