    On the same keymod rail announcement, it looks like their new T1 mount will come with a spacer to allow for either Lower 1/3 or Absolute co-witness.

    Yes, Finally! The spacer is made of our magnesium. Very lightweight. The new mount also comes with the necessary hardware and wrench to attach the mount the the micro.

    The thing is, in order for this to work on a standard barrel with FSB, you'd have to remove the sling side swivel, cut off the bayonet lug, cut off the bottom sling swivel and then reblue those areas. Otherwise, underside of the FSB doesn't have enough clearance to fit inside the rail.

    Also, I can imagine that some FSBs have their pins installed in slightly different places than another company's FSB, so whether those pins line up with the holes in the handguard is a whole other question entirely. It might not work on some rifles.
