    First SBR

Hi I'm thinking of getting my first SBR the two I have seen locally are the Daniel Defense MK18 with a 10.3 barrel. The other is LWRC PSD same barrel length. I know they operate differently the DD is a DI and LWRC is piston. Are there any pros/cons with above rifles? And I thinking of getting a suppressor for it also.

Go DD and get a Syrac GB,

    Ask Markm about LWRC

Skip both of those and build your own upper. Noveske and BCM barrels are both nicer than the DD 10.3, which tend to be significantly over gassed (especially if you're planning to suppress). The DD RIS II MK18 rail is really nice, if a bit heavy, and you'll probably want a Syrac or SLR adjustable gas block if you're going to suppress.

EForms are running less than a month out right now, so get a trust and a quality stripped lower.

I say build/register a lower and just order a 11.5" BCM upper with a 10" KMR... you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely. I agree with what's been said above:

Buy/build a lower, have it engraved, eForm 1 and slap an 11.5" BCM on it.

If you are going to engrave, you need to do an eForm 1.

How to fill out an eForm 1:

The above thread is extremely detailed. Stick to the pictures, unless you get confused.

For engraving you will need the name of trust and city/state:

    XXXX TRUST
    CITY, STATE
