I ETS'd in '12 and have not gotten one. I am still in the IRR so I am assuming sometime in '16.

Yeah you definitely won't get it in the IRR. I did 4 active and bounced around between IRR and a non ob for the last four. My EOC was about 2 months before I received this.

I believe that all branches give service members a certificate of honorable discharge. At least, I know that the Army does this as well.
