Here is my new R700 in .300WM all finished. Finally got the Bushnell ERS and the Witt Machine muzzle break...couldn't be happier. Took it out to 1450m on 18"x39.75" SRT and was very happy with the results.

New project I've been working on. 24" Rem 5R. I'm going to make a Kydex cheek rest soon, the foam and Blackhawk carrier is working alright for now. Shoots great with 175 FGMM.

An extremely safe bet.

Tom, will you be able to grace us with pictures when it's ready? If it's a close-hold project, we certainly understand. But it would be fascinating to see what your and your folks could do.

It will probably be ugly. I'm a sales guy here for a reason, they don't let me near the shop.

I can do functional work but it's nothing that would stand up to RCS's reputation.

I have this mental image of panicky looks on people's faces, as someone says "Tom's getting a liiittttle too close to one of the presses."

It still sounds like a fun project. Good luck with your rifle. I'm saving my pennies for a new stock myself.
