? on rail installation on Carbine Handguard

Purchased a MOE Carbine MAG440 handrail and two L2 MOE Polymer Rail Sections with the goal of light on right side with bipod adapter on the bottom.

When I attempt to install the lower hand guard, it hangs up on the rail section on the right side.

Any words of wisdom?

Magpul tech support recommended the following:

Installing just the lower, then squeeze the heat shield, remove and reinstall.

Everything now working as advertised!
