I usually always have my phone with me for range work. I have a digital picture on my phone.
Photos on my phone and copies in my email if needed.
I printed it out at a reduced size, folded it up and it rests in my foreward grip, BCM full size angled vertical grip [which are awesome], just in case, you know, the ATF decides to raid where I"m shooting, which is about as likely as Martians invading next month, but .... I'm good for it. I'm more concerned for the facilities where I shoot, don't want to get the good folks who own/operate the places in trouble. You can never be too safe.
I keep a binder with fullsize copies in sheet protectors. I only print page 1, since it has the stamp and signature, and mine are blank on the back since no CLEO sig required for trusts...so I print two different forms front/back on a single sheet of paper and slide it into a sheet protector.
I've also found my iBooks app to be handy, as I can view them by title (and I simply name them by serial number):
Or view them in all their glory:
Partial list to give you an idea...but also have my 5320.20s, my approved forms, copies of pending forms, and my trust all saved, plus copies of some emails and regulations I like to keep handy.
