    LOL. Thanks for the chuckle.
Same here! I was thinking it was one of those bungee cords you hook on the bottom of the mainspring housing or something.

VCAS with a BCM qd mount on the front and a qd end plate (came with my kak pistol tube). It's the same thing I run on all my other rifles and I try to keep things simple.

I like a single point with some bungee (BDS right now ) in it attached to an ASAP.

I use a BFG 221 (padded VCAS a with a Burnsed socket and QD swivels), QD end plate, and an IWC 45 deg offset swivel mount just in front of the optic.

With the Burnsed socket and QD endplate, switching from 2 point to 1 point is easy and places the weapon perfectly.

Same basic set-up I have on my 14.5, with the exception of that rifle having a QD mount in the stock. The sling started with a regular padded VCAS and I later added the Burnsed socket for a single point option (never use it though, prefer two point with a longer rifle).

Bumping this thread due to all the pistol talk. Also, thought this article might help some. Personally, not really a fan of single points, but I know some are and might find something helpful written here:

Another vote for the Proctor sling. Love the simplicity of it.
