    Got the sling already huh?

I would suggest that you also look at the BFG Vickers slings. 100% made in the US and they use far better materials than VTAC does.

+1 on the BFG Vickers. I mounted it with the CQD Two/One Point Sling mount at the stock/lower joint and a front rail mount CQD hook mount. MASH hooks on the sling and I am GTG for either one or two point configurations.

Sure did. Everything looked great except the silent front sling mount. It appeared to be a bit frayed on the edges (kind of a yellowish/gold color), so I'm in the process of exchanging it. The service (Dave) has been great.

For $30 it fits the bill nicely. Plus that includes (2) chamber flags, and the silent piece above (which is $8.50 by itself--made of kevlar).

Haha, you might not want to wait for me. CMMG has just put my order into production (submitted June 23), so it'll still be a few weeks.

I purchased my Viking Tactics VTAC MK2 sling from Bravo Company USA. No quality control complaints here - works great!

FWIW only the 511 version is made OCONUS and is made of different materials than the US version.

All other versions are made in the US to include the ones sold by Brownell's, Bravo Company, LaRue and by Viking Tactics.

I have several on personal rifles and just put 25 of them into service on patrol rifles. They are holding up just fine.
