    New addition m45a1

Just picked up this Colt CQBP from the colt custom shop! I must say I am impressed and they installed my 10-8 sights for me! Thinking about sticking some simmonich gunner grips on?

10-8's are much better than the outdated looking sights that come with the gun.

If you insist on changing the grips, you'll need new screws or drill out your grips.

I'm pretty sure VZ makes the grips on the M45A1, so you might ask them about making the necessary modifications to make their Simonich grips work.

They have just bigger holes drilled into them, if you call VZ they will cut any of their grips custom for the Colt.

VZ doesn't make the grips. MIL-TAC makes them.

Very nice addition! Digging the 10-8 sights. I have a pair of Gunner grips made by VZ that I like a lot.

    You sure about that?

VZ offers grips in that color... Mil-Tac doesn't.
