AR10/.308 purchase suggestions for CA resident

hi,

new member here, but long time lurker.

Spent the last few weeks doing research on XM110/SASS/CSASS precision options for those of us that are blessed/cursed to live in the Republic of Kalifornia (ROK) and have VERY limited LEGAL options.

1st let me answer the most common clarifying questions i see asked about usage profile:

-not a tinkerer (nor do i want any legal exposure) so complete CA compliant rifles are my only interest
-civilian / non LEO so only get access to the stuff common folk can here in ROK
-no access to go look at any of these in person as no one carries more than one of any brand (on a good day) in stock
-no hunting (barring SHTF scenario)
-no 3 gun or competition needs
-short/mid range usage (hard to see use case for over 600-800 yards)
-not going to be run hard or often
-will be running commercially available loads vs. hand loads
-budget is flexbile but it feels like you can now get a lot of gun for under $4k (and no, i'm not expecting or including glass in that #)

after reviewing these three threads which were incredibly helpful, i've learned some more and am narrowing down the options

I now add in some more criteria to narrow the list further
-made in US preferred
-not having to wait 2+months to get it would be nice
-16" barrel seems relevant and suggested for this use case
-9ish pounds or less seems like the magic number
-must be able to run PMAG's (i.e. no proprietary mags)
-willing to pay for sub-moa precision (even if i don't need it)
-must be reliable and durable (even if i don't need it)
-it would be nice to have decent stock, rails/guards and iron sights all out of the gate vs. a "slick" rifle (conceding that some/all of this is likely to change over time)
-only accessories that will likey be added are good glass, bipod, and sling
-self professed tacticool victim, so suggestions on getting bolt action R700 or the like not going to happen

So i think where that leaves me is with the following list - feel free to add / modify as you see fit

-DPMS GII Recon
-DPMS GII SASS
-Larue OBR (seems like there are two models here which i can't tell the difference between except for accessories shown??)

-LMT MWS (same problem here as LaRue, they have about 4 differnt MWS versions with no decent descroptions on what is different between them)

---Need to decide between G3 or G4 here

Based on the limitations i have being in the ROK, and the use case i have laid out wondering what the experts would recommend?
