A FA BCG does nothing to the weapon withou a FA trigger group. So don't worry about it or having to change anything.

Here is a link that you will find useful:

Don't worry or think about getting a full auto (FA) lower, it is illegal for all of us except those who have the special type of license to own. Even for Law Enforcement, any "full auto" weapon is OWNED by the department and not the officer.

You want the full auto bolt carrier group (FA BCG) because it is heavier and more durable. There are lots of reasons WHY you want a FA BCG and a Heavy Buffer ("H" marked buffer) in a carbine.

you need an FFL to order a lower receiver or a rifle from a manufacturer... you won't be able to order directly from LMT on their website

in PA you would have the lower shipped to your local FFL, fill out the 4473 form, do the NICS check, and pay your fees... then the rifle is yours...

have you ever purchased a gun before? you won't be able to purchase a full auto (LMT Guardian) lower since they are post 86 machine guns...

I find the lower end brands of lower receivers do not meet my standards for magazine well dimension consistency and the smooth release of the magazine.
