    Roger that. I find that the delrin deforms after you get to a certain point of pressure. It's also slightly tacky.

    My understanding is that accuracy could be adversely affected if you crank down too hard on a muzzle device. Might be too late now, but I would have left it.

    My barrel is a gov profile. I think my vice would break before I could deform a barrel. Just to be safe I measured the barrel diameter with calipers on the part that was in the vice and it was the same diameter when measuring the width and height. Also considering that the barrel was rotating when I started applying a lot of pressure leads me to believe that the barrel still had room and that the leather that it was wrapped in was soft enough to not cause any deformation.
