    The guy doing this is a self taught machinist who is very talented and just wanted to do it because he wanted to.

    It is in .17 HM2 caliber I believe.

    Is it practical? No. But not many of us could do this with the tools and equipment he uses.

    He certainly has my respect.

    We get your joke but it clearly wasn't designed for a two year old and has value within the context of the concept. Not sure if it functions properly or is practical, but it is interesting and as you know we get our two year old's toy firearms at the toy store.
