Last night I did some more comparing of the Malkoff head to my regular Solarforce LED light, and it's SO MUCH better. I shot the beams into a longer room, and the smaller Malkoff/Arisaka gives a significantly better illumination of what's at the end of the room and what's all around the sides of the room.... and the Malkoff is brighter.

Interested in an inline Scout to mount my M300 onto my KMR 13. Just want to make sure it will clear a Troy folding front sight if I mount it on the left side 45 degree section of the handguard.

Yes, works fine, as long as you don't intend for the head of your M300 to be right next to the sight. The body of the light where the mounting lugs reside will clear, though.
