How do you like your saker 7.62?

    Hi,

I just joined the forum. I am waiting on my first personally owned can (saker 7.62). Check cashed 11/26. I would like to hear some feedback from current saker 7.62 owners, there doesnt seem to be a whole lot about them out in the wild. Thanks!

It's a good suppressor, it built like a tank but big and heavier than many of the other options.
    I paint spaceship parts.

I'm about to pull the trigger on one as well. What other options would you recommend?

I intend on using this for a 9" 300BLK and my 12.5" 5.56 predominately and it may see some time on my 18" 5.56 SPR. In all honesty, it will see more 5.56 action than 300 BLK and 2 cans are out of the question at this time.

I've recently ruled out the 762-sdn-6 due to what I perceive to be a more flexible mounting system with the Saker. I like the Surefire's as well, but see no reason to pay the premium...

    Thoughts appreciated.

I prefer my Griffin Armament Recce 7 over the saker. It's lighter and it's seems quieter to my ear. Their mounting system is also excellent.

Both are excellent though, the saker is rated for shorter barrels, and is modular. However the Recce 7 is the only suppressor to survive lwrc's 6.8 torture test.

Yes. That one has been catching my eye. Size and weight is honestly a wash IMO, but the roughly $200 savings is something to consider...

I have been looking at both those, the Saker 7.62 and the Reece 7. Just wondering if you have anymore info between the two?

Both are going to cost me a small fortune in muzzle mounts. I like the Griffin muzzle devices better, but I am not letting be the deciding factor. Everything I can find online about the two, all seem to be good.

If you have any comparative info between the two that would be much a appreciated.

This will most likely be my only can for a while, so it will be used on 5.56, 300blk, and 308 once completed.

I have my fingers crossed for March. My platforms for the can are also 300 BLK, 308, and 5.56. Think its an excellent choice for the intended use. Especially since it is apparently quite an efficient 5.56 can with the 5.56 end cap. Also like the fact that the end caps are interchangeable. Just screams long term durable can.

You're right - the Saker with its Stellite baffle stack is an absolute tank, but we also have a 100% lifetime warranty, so if you ever do shoot enough rounds through it to wear it out, we'll repair/replace it for free.

I wouldn't believe a fukking thing that those asswipe, lying scumbags claim. The only thing torturous, is that anyone still shoot 6.8 Worthless.
