Some people with Alzheimers can reverse their symptoms by taking on multiple lifestyle factors. These include avoiding simple carbs, avoiding processed foods, getting 8 hours of sleep per night, supplementation (examples: Vitamin D, coconut oil) and medication (hormone replacement), vigorous exercise, and a delay of 12 hours between dinner and breakfast, amongst others.
