I know its nothing special but this is something ive been working on because I have this 16" barrel sitting around and we know how that goes when you have spare parts around.

A true "Gun Guy" (or gal) should have familiarity and a modicum of proficiency with most all firearms platforms.

That's not what they're talking about.

My gun is a 20 inch not technically a MK12 more of a Sam-r I guess I wanted a 20 inch gun partly because I used the M16A2 and I belong to a couple ranges where I can stretch it out. I did a test recently with an Ottercreek labs Aim5 I compared groups and point of impact shift out to 600 yards going to be doing a write up soon. I was at Dead Zero shooting part on electronic targets so have velocity numbers also at range, I also took it out to 800 on steel with no problem after I finished up. Soon as I get a chance I will post it up

thumbnail (41).jpg This one is W/O suppressor. Very little impact shift and difference in velocity. Barrel is a White oak 20inch SPR barrel. I can shoot better but I was struggling a little that day

Impressive groups for 300. Lack of shift W, W/O suppressor is surprising to me.
