No doubt the FSA is going to go out and "get what's owed" to them when the rule of law disappears. Those living closer to the Section 8'ers will be effected first then they will fan out from population centers as the spoils of their raids and victims of opportunity run dry. Read through Matt Bracken's essays on the subject matter. He draws from his experiences and things he witnessed while serving as a SEAL in places like Eastern Europe and Lebanon when they imploded and "Balkanized". Gives one a glimpse of eventualities here in CONUS.
