Here you go, this was waiting the other day.
Fal, built on a hesse receiver. Thats a crap receiver to begin with. They are soft, so they stretch over time, and they are castings, and are off. Every one i have seen has the magwell ceiling too low, so the magazine sits low, and they dont feed for crap.
This one appears to be no different, except someone attempted to home remedy the feed issue.
It was in to have the barrel threaded for a flash hider.
In the pics, you can see that the grooving goes so far into the chamber as to leave part of the case unsupported.
Also, there are pics showing the side of the receiver is bulged, suggesting it has been blown at least once already.
However, there are vice marks on the receiver, and pipe wrench marks on the barrel. Also, the shoulder on the barrel where it tightens up against the receiver has been pounded with a hammer all the way around. This suggests that the barrel didnt time right at assembly, and the shoulder was peened to get it tight. This would never get it tight enough, and standard fix for this is a shim washer. As the vice marks are about halfway back on the receiver, it is likely twisted from torquing the barrel.
And, the barrel had been sawcut very noticeably crooked, and only cleaned up with a file.
