    Then you should follow whatever you think is required. The fact remains, you aren't even required to have a copy of the Forms 1- Infinity in your possession and you are only required to show it upon demand to an ATF agent.

    Showing it to local LE if asked is probably a good idea, although not a guarantee you won't be arrested. The TSA idiots certainly don't know what it is and most local LE don't have a clue either.

    I appreciate the information and assistance. I was able to get them back with me without issue. The airlines were good about the firearms being checked and the were no issues with nfa items. Just need to get out and shoot them now... then maybe buy a few more.

    Check block 8 of your form 1 or 4 Your name is there and your official title as an authorized official. If it were your wife or someone else on the trust traveling with it who isn't listed on the form, it might no be a bad idea to have a copy of the trust though I've never been asked for as much as a Form 1 or 4 in almost 15 years of traveling with NFA items.
