One of the problems I am having with researching the Sakers vs KAC QDC vs Surefire Socom is there is little info out there about the Sakers and even less about the Knights. Those who have them don't usually have the other cans to compare.

I would look at the AAC M4-2000, SWR Specwar, and the Liberty Torch.
Domestique's is correct in pointing you in the direction of a titanium can, I just don't have a lot of experience with ti cans other than pistol as there issues with high rate of fire.
As mentioned, what are the limitations of Ti cans?
Temperature/rate of fire.
Most manufactures don't want you to go over 800-900 degrees. That's around 45-60 rounds of 5.56 (depending on AR setup, load, ambient conditions, etc. )
Edit to add:
I have 2 ti cans for precision applications, and would have no problem buying one for semi auto use of I had a specific goal in mind like Steyr does. I wouldn't recommend them to someone for a first can, but a lightweight build for HD or wife/girlfriend rig they are perfect.

The MAMS on my scale is 2.3 oz. And the performance of the mams is outstanding. The weight of the KAC QDC CQB is lighter then the surefire socom mini also. The last time I weighed the Surefire brake and mini vs my Mams and KAC QDC CQB it was about 4 oz lighter total. And is smaller then the Mini with in my opinion I feel the same performance as the Socom mini. If I was buying a mini can again, I would get another KAC QDC CQB. If I was buying another full size, I would still get another Socom RC. As N.Franklin, Scooter22, and Scottryan, all have stated reasons above. There isn't much better then the Socom cans and the New KAC offerings.
Another note.. I have shot indoors, (house setting) without ears, SBRs with multiple different cans. AAC's, Surefire's, KAC's, etc. It is loud no matter what. Period. For deciding on a can for use inside your house without ears, you will never notice a difference from one brand to another. Your ears will still ring.. So that might be a bad deciding factory if one can is 3 dB louder then the other. Just speaking from my personal experience.. Blowback, POI, mounting system, MD's, were at the top of my list.
I think domestique might be talking about the 762 MAMS. I have weighed my 556 MAMS at 2.45oz with shims.
How does the KAC QDC stuff stack up against Surefire Socom Jwknutson17?

Someone mentioned the M4-2000. I also agree this is a good can, but would have to leave it out for the OP. It is longer, heavier, and the mounting system is sub par IMO. The new Battlecomp 51.0 is the only MD I would run compatible with the M4-2000 beside the straight up MB. Here a few pics I had with some of the cans in question..
