    M4 Barrel Recommendations

Looking for a new barrel... (Complete M4 Govt. profile barrel only, no complete upper assemblies)
    Considering 2 at the moment:
    1. Bushmaster 1/9 (My current barrel)
    2. CMMG 1/7 (Looks interesting but need more info on performance and quality)
Any other recommendations or am I good to go with the CMMG?

    3. Sabre Defence (1/7, CMV steel, Chrome Lined)
    4. ArmaLite LEC (I dont think they sell just the barrel )
    5. Colt (from SAW but It would be pricey)

btw, I've read nothing but good things about CMMG

While there are a great many barrels I would prefer over the CMMG, at $250 I can't think of any.

A Sabre will run you $329.

I saw some Milspec Colt M4 barrels in Shotgun News. I think it was an edition from early June for 300.00

Rock River has a R4 barrel: M4 profile, CL, 1/7" twist. ADCO sells them for less than the $250.

First, I would say pass on the M4 profile. I would look at the Noveske N4 barrel.

+1 to that, but you can't buy those barrels alone correct?

Correct, but you can send your upper and rail to us for installation (do it all the time for customers).

Agreed. The Noveske N4 barrel is probably the best aftermarket barrel available right now.

What makes the N4 better than the other barrels Noveske offers?
