Both are new. They were both mounted and removed. I have spun my M4-2000 on the battle comp but it has never been used. Comes with new shims. The BC did not come with rocksett so I do not have an extra to give away with that. The surefire was mounted yesterday and removed. Includes shims, rocksett and its in the package. I went with KAC mounts on both these rifles and these are just extras.
