    Rugged Suppressors

Anybody else keep up with Henry? Dead Air (Mike Pappas & Todd Magee) isn't the only new game in town.

Website up as of today: Rugged Suppressors

    First release is quite impressive:

Looks pretty interesting. Similar to the idea behind the Griffin Revolution. I'm suppressed it has taken this long to get adjustable length cans of quality out. The db levels were similar to saker I believe.

It was previously thought to be forbidden.

Extra baffles, two tubes/ one SN... who would have thought that would ever fly???

I guess cause you aren't buying one then adding to it, you are buying one and taking parts off to make shorter? I think it is the evolution of them. That is why some have changed what is serialized due to endcap and baffle strikes etc.

Will we ever see a truly modular can utilizing one tube? Different end caps, attachments, caliber specific internals that can be swapped? Or do the laws presently prevent that?

Isn't the OSS suppressor like this?
Also. I don't see why not with serializing the tube rather than internals.

The reason you dont is because the ATF has always ruled that suppressor parts are not parts but are suppressors. So no extra baffles or extra tubes because the ATF consider(s)(ed) those to be unserialized cans which is a no-no.

    No.

ATF never ruled that. Congress changed the law in 1986 as part of FOPA. Prior to that, you could have all the spares you wanted. Another FU to gun owners from FOPA.
