I am very happy with the 300 blackout results. 3.5db louder than the specwar but 10oz lighter and 3" shorter $160 more..I think thats worth it imo!! I will definitely stick to the direct thread with anchor brake for the wife's 10.5 300...I just think I am going to be jealous giving her this suppressor and using a long heavy 762sd on mine...but it was only $417 and its going on 8.5" so overall should be same length just 10oz heavier...
Meh, I was excited but not so much anymore.
It is quieter and without the muzzle brake is also shorter than the Saker. Tyler from Silencer Shop said he was waiting to do one mega video with all of the combinations and calibers once the flat caps were released.

Ahh, more reviews of silencers with people wearing ear protection...
People tend to do that when they value their hearing. Notice he didn't have ears on shooting sub sonic .300blkout at the end, it was the only combo that was truly hearing safe. It's also why many of us focus on mounting solution, overall length, overall weight, POI shift, durability, back pressure and amount of flash coming from the can as more important than the overall Db reduction. With handgun and Rimfire cans, I look more at the overall Db reduction where it actually matters.
That's why I call them suppressors instead of silencers, and being at a range, there may have been others around him shooting unsuppressed. Maybe Hollywood is to blame for people's unreasonably high expectations for a suppressor's ability to suppress supersonic ammunition.

Completely agree with this! I don't care what Maxim called his invention, they don't silence anything. AAC was doing the market a disservice by calling them silencers instead of suppressors. How many people come here before they get their first can and are blown away with just how loud they are after the wait and the tax.
