That's the thinking I was leaning towards as with a .30caliber bolt gun/ 300 blackout the omega would be the best choice.. For hard use Surefire's RC is hard to beat. Ive been nothing but pleased with my 5.56 RC's, but with my only need is a 30 cal bolt gun can. The 7.62 RC that I always wanted is falling down the list. The Omega jumped up to the top with thunderbeast.. Decisions, decisions..

Can this be direct threaded!? Say, on to a Rem700 308 with a new Magpul stock?

I already have a 30 cal can but its QD and don't Wanna use that for precision work

Never mind. Answered my own Q.

As long as SS gets these in soon, I will order. Otherwise I'll go with something else as I'm not privy to the "oh just a few more weeks" BS that silencer companies tend to do every January. (Ahem, AAC)

Nick, I hope you come out with a m18x1 threaded butt for my trg22........Hint Hint.
So can you start the form 4 with just the serial numbers? I'm looking to buy my first suppressor and am about to check out at SS as they say that they have them in stock. I guess they don't?

I'm new to the whole form 4 process so I not sure when you can submit.

My NFA dealer who took care of the forms for me, submitted the forms to the ATF with only serial numbers and no actual suppressor in hand. So I think it's OK?

Thanks. I ended up just going with the Saker.

I spent some time at the SilencerCo booth today and the two reps both said that the Omega is their overall best can out there. The general consensus is unless you are planning on going sub 10" or want the modularity of the saker there is no reason not to go with the Omega.
