InRange Ak74 Advice

I've been offered an InRange Bulgarian AK74 built rifle as partial trade for my XCR. I'm trying to get a feel for the street value of this rifle since he is offering it plus cash.

The specs:
Bulgarian Parts kit with chrome lined chamber/bore
ITM receiver
Arsenal Inc Piston
Black Synthetic Furniture

About 200 rounds have been fired.

I've been thinking about picking up an Ak74 recently and have noticed some of the mods saying good things about InRange. This would be my first AK, so any advice you can offer to make sure I get a solid rifle would be appreciated. He should be sending me pictures tomorrow so I will try to post those.
