I haven't tried manipulations or anything but I have both on my AK and it doesn't interfere with folding the stock.Originally Posted by jschmitt08

The stock fits out far enough on the rifle to clear a Krebs safety while folded. I find that the space between the safety and the stock is insufficient to manipulate the safety. At least not as you would without the stock folded, as your finger cannot simply slip off the safety's extension - the stock prevents this.
