Let us pray. Because these are actually pretty slick IMO![]()

What happens if I put the pistol grip of my Glock 17 against my shoulder and pull the trigger? Instant felon?
I don't know about you but I would probably only shoot it that way once. Not only will you likely get slide bite on your shoulder but you will also be sucking on a combination of gas and un-burnt powder that close to your face. Probably wouldn't hit any targets 7 yards or further in this fashion.
All joking aside You would not be an instant felon because you did not attach a shoulder stock and fire the pistol from the shoulder.
No slide bite if its held up tight enough just becomes a single shot.![]()

.OlllllllO.
LOL. utterly disgusting. No surprise, though. I'm glad I didn't purchase a pistol lower (came really close to picking up a few bcm pistol lowers). An AR that cannot (legally) be shouldered is worthless.
The way the letter was written, simply using something in a manner different from it's original design constitutes a "redesign" of the design. I think putting a Glock 17 grip on your shoulder and pulling the trigger is a felonious act, under this new decision issued by Acting-Chief Max Kingery.
Irrelevant, but so are most of the criteria used for NFA categorization.
