That's gotta be embarrassing for arresting officers.

Hope when this POS is caught she draws the maximum sentence for every charge. How many people did she put at risk during that 100mph "no hands" stunt? Glad she didn't kill anyone with her bullshit.

I have a State Trooper buddy that lost two women in a 25 year career. Once kicked out the side window, the other kicker out the rear window. Both ran off and were caught shortly later. He absolutely hated arresting women.

Ive had several people, usually women, who were able to get their hands in front of them. If you are flexible enough its not hard.

A guy at work arrested a man a few months bak for domestic violence assault. Handcuffed the guy and put him in the back seat of his Tahoe. Turned the truck on to give the guy AC and went inside the house to give the woman some paperwork. While inside the guy got his hands around front, kicked out the plexi glass barrier, crawled into the front seat, and drove off. The officer walked out of the house just as the guy was crawling into the front seat but couldnt make it to the vehicle in time to stop the guy.

Has any if the Patrol car manufacturers put AC vents in the back seat in order to stop leaving the cage window open? That seems to be the root cause of these, aside from kicking out windows (hobble time).

This is why you always activate the ignition lock out and take the keys out of the squad car when you have a prisoner in the vehicle.

Women always slip their cuffs to the front (or try to and get stuck halfway). That's why someone always watches them once they go in the car.

When working as a jailer, I saw several females who got out of their handcuffs during the ride to jail. In every case these events were caused by officer error. Also, many inmate males are strong enough to break handcuffs by stripping the ratchet mechanism. I saw one man break a set of leg irons as if they were made from coat hangers. This same guy was strong enough to defeat the steel door in his seg cell, which required extra reinforcing to contain the man.

I won't post links but there are videos out there of an inmate shot by employees of an SO showing how easy it is to get out of cuffs WITH OUT keys/paperclips/etc. Handcuffs and other restraints are not 100%, nothing in life is . . . plan accordingly.
