I've had good luck finding difficult to source OEM stuff on Gunbroker. Just recently I hauled in a factory new G21 threaded barrel and a SiCo Octane three lug adaptor.
Interesting discussion on the metric vs. standard threads. While Scottryan is correct that with a sprocketed piston, the booster itself wont unscrew as sprocketed pistons transfer all of the torque to the fixed booster housing, at least in the Octane and Surefire Ryder 9Ti. I had the whole booster housing/cage (the "permanent" part) on the Octane unscrew from the can using the metric arrangement. Used some Permatex and haven't had an issue since.
Factory metric threads for me and never a problem. Plus, it's much less expensive to buy the pistols already equipped this way.
