I'd bet you are looking at $350+ for a stripped chainsaw Gen2 lower.

There are a couple on Gunbroker right now, and it is looking like $350 is what it is going to take.

For that money I would just buy a prebuilt BCM lower from Grant.

x2. Or even an A5 lower from SIONICS. Still cheaper.

I have a few Noveske gen2 lowers and while very nice they don't really do anything special. Sure the flared magwell and integrated trigger guard are nice, but meh.

OP, there are definitely better options out there as far as price and value go. I have a couple Gen II lowers, and don't mind the premium that I paid, albeit not $350. You will have this lower indefinitely, so get what you want if money isn't a concern.

I agree...money is always a concern, what I don't spend on the lower can go towards a lot of other stuff.

I want to get a good lower. Where do you draw the line? I can get an Anderson for like 50, spikes for like 100, etc...

I will have this forever and therefore would like to get something of higher quality but at the same time, I'm not all about getting ripped off or paying too much for something...

I saw those on Gunbroker and that's why I was wondering what these are really worth...i saw some listing for Gen 2 chainsaws for like 250 but none in stock. At 325 plus ffl plus shipping I'm at almost 375-400 for a chainsaw...
