Colt le6920 mpfde-r? Can't find any info on this rifle ??

I recently out a 6920 on layaway , but other than just a couple sights having one for sale , I can't find any info on it .. It's not on the Colt website , everything i try to look up comes up with just the magpul furniture .. Does anyone know anything about this rifle or have any experience with them ? image.jpg

What info are you looking for? Its a Colt 6920 with Magpul FDE furniture.

I think he is wondering if the rifle would be sold from Colt with FDE colored receivers or if it's just the furniture. I can't tell from the model name, le6920 mp-r is the black version of the rifle you've linked in OP. The -R is for the troy rail vs. Magpul hand guard.

I wouldn't buy that rifle unless the price was comparable to another 6920 with Magpul furniture. It's probably not FDE like in the picture, but you should call the vendor if you're curious. I'd buy the LE6920 SOCOM for the M4A1 roll mark if you're looking to spend that much money on a Colt. A base 6920 should be had for under $900.

All I know is that they have a drop in Troy rail. Not a bad rail, but not cutting edge either. I would use one without second thought, they're good enough to mount a sling, light, and VFG.

I don't know if your receivers will be FDE or not. If they are, bonus. I like 'em.

you're going to have to call a vendor that has one in stock. All the sites I looked at for you show in the description that the receivers are FDE. spray paint is cheap or you could have a professional cerakote the rifle for less.

    Guys,

He's already bought it. It has FDE receivers and FDE furniture. He just needs info on it.

OP, it's a regular Colt 6920 with FDE furniture that has FDE receivers.
Why do the loudest do the least?

Yep. From his pic it looks like it has a FDE MI rail also.
