OP, it's a regular Colt 6920 with FDE furniture that has FDE receivers.
^^^^ the gun store down the street from me has one in, it's a troy muzzle devise as well, their flash suppressor
I perfer black coffee in the morning, bourbon in evenings and spending money on sh*t I probably don't need.

It's a troy rail, that's what colt is also now using on 6920 Socom as well, not sure why they switched from knights

Thanks for all the replies .. Why is it so hard to look up ? And not on the site ? I'm assuming it's some sort of limited run ? And if you don't mind my asking how much was the gun store asking ?

Colt never posts a lot of variations on their website, instead its in their online catalog, if they marketed better maybe they'd do better in the civilian market and take some pressure off of government sales (wishful thinking). I think it was around $1150-$1250, they usually mark up higher on AR's, but they also had a Colt Socom II for $1575 which I don't think is a bad price.

You can download their 2015 catalog from their website, which contains much more than what's typically listed under their rifles section.

I believe that for the last few years Colt has been doing somewhat limited runs of 6920's with Gold anodizing and FDE Magpul furniture. Every now and then you see a model like the one in the OP pop up that has a drop in quad rail. Nothing to really obsess over. No matter what color the anodizing is or what furniture they put on it, it's still a 6920.
