Interesting results so far. I was expecting more of a 50/50 type response.
I believe Colt is shipping newer AR15A4's with F marked front sites now.

If collectables are your thing, then look at it this way ... down the road this run of guns will have their place in the history of Colt rifles. Moreover, it can always be lettered as having been shipped from the factory that way. If its a matter of preference then sit tight and let them work their way into current inventories.
I think it would have history for the wrong reasons and be less desirable. Of course that is one man's opinion. I def don't see the non F-marked being MORE valuable but please clue me in if I'm missing something. I see it being the same value at best or lower value at worst.
