    In fairness, anyone running any sort of web-based business or feature absolutely needs to make IE compatibility their #1 priority. About 61% of the people who visit my site are using some version of IE. Firefox makes up 27% and Safari about 8%.

    IE 7.0, primarily residential and office cable modem. Wired and wireless. No problems in N/S Dakota, WY, MN, WI, IA, NE, including BFE stops.

    The internet is great there. The ATMs in some places lag, though. In rural WY, you have to put your card on an imprinter bolted to the wall, leave the slip, then take your cash from a stack of bills. Honor system.

    yup...

    IE and cable+broadband...It's always been slow for me in comparison to others...The last things to load are the advertisers logos...always hangs up on the last one...don't know which one though...
    Small price to pay for the quality of the site...No complaints...Glad to be here...

    Usually pretty fast for me. Comcast cable and Safari 3.0 usually. Once in a while Firefox 2

    took roughly 20 seconds for the reply to a thread page to come up after I hit the post reply button.

    IE 7 and dialup @ 44kpbs

    I noticed it being slow today. So I did some digging. One item is timing out which causes the page load to drag on until the time out happens.
