I can understand the 8 oz trigger.(have an NM trigger coming as I type).

As to a "fixed" stock, even an adjustable is "fixed" at different positions.
Being able to accommodate clothing issues to keep your head at the exact location on the stock and scope/eye relief is a must IMHO therefore an adjustable stock.
If slight movement is the problem with an adjustable stock, that is easily remedied.

I thought the same as you on the fixed stock. My magpul ACS stock locks down pretty tight.

this new upper and lower combination has no play between the upper and lower. That fixed stock makes the whole gun one tight unit. You would really have to shoot one with a fixed stock to understand.
