    I feel like the Maryland legislature will completely miss the point and outlaw guns, duct tape, and scissors.

    Having lived in Maryland, I can say it is nothing short of draconian, with 10 round mag limits, no AR sales, and the unconstitutional "may issue" law. In some ways it's worse than California (at least where I live in CA, there are actually places to go shoot).
