    The Thorntail is 1.3oz.
I did not weigh mine and it is not listed on the BCM webpage. OOPS... 0.90oz

If I agreed with you, we'd both be wrong.

The last thing I want to do is hurt you,
but it's still on my list.

If I had seen this thread first I would have went with the BCM initially, but regardless have decided to go with a smaller setup anyway most likely a Protac 1L or Scout 300 variant anyway.
What set up would you use with the PRO TAC 1L? I have several ProTac 2L's I had thought about using.

Thinking about the Proctor Light mount at 1 o'clock - it's kinda spendy though. http://www.wayofthegun.us/plm-proctor-light-mount/

Or the 300 Scout body in an inline mount from Arisaka - https://www.m4carbine.net/showthread...95#post2098795

or with a strait up keymod mount from Arisaka - https://www.m4carbine.net/showthread...27#post2099027

As requested, here are the weights to all three light mounts:

    1-inch Light Mount: 1.0 oz.
    Modular Scout Mount: 0.5 oz.
Modular 1913 Light Mount: 0.9 oz.

Also, the Modular Scout Mount will not fit the Surefire M620 series (throw lever) Scout Lights. The M620 series light body has a wider footprint and the screw holes will not align.

I was thinking more along the lines of hitting the activation button.
