    I had one and it was a .5 inch gun. Sold it. I just recently bought the 6945, which is the 10.3 barrel. I do like it. I have non mono uppers and mono uppers. I dig both and suggest buying both, good diet of AR's keep a man healthy.

    Yes, my current stable of ARs is a 6920 and the 6940.

    After handling one...I now want to add a 6720 lightweight to the mix.

    Damn these ARs....they are multiplying like 1911 and Mausers around my place! LOL

    Like others have said, you can't change it. But the good side is it's a great gun you'll be able to get plenty of trigger time with. Low profile rail covers and you're set.

    The 694X series make fantastic SBRs. Mine will soon wear a 11" barrel.

    How much longer do you want to go? Would you replace the FSB with a low gas block or go around It?
