Who sells LMT Enhanced bolt extractor springs?

Damned if I didn't lose one cleaning my rifle today. Can't seem to find them on the internet, and I've read posts where LMT will not sell parts like that to the public. WTF?

    Anyone have any leads?

Is the spring proprietary, or will any regular spring work?

All out now, they get stock in intermittently. Might wanna just give LMT a call tomorrow, see if they can't take care of you.

No, it's proprietary. It's a dual spring setup for the Enhanced bolt's "lobster tail" extractor.

Hallelujah! On my third and final search (with my wife this time) I finally found it. When I disassembled the bolt I had fumbled it and it bounced off my shoe and rolled. I quickly found the first spring but the second one eluded me. I had just said "F**k it, let's go back upstairs" but decided to take one last look and saw that there was a c-hair of a gap between the floor and the bottom of my drywall. I took my flashlight and went for it. My wife said "I already looked there" and I rolled my eyes. On the way down I impacted a vertical steel support beam on that sensitive spot we all have on the outside of the knee and of course it hurt like hell! One pass with the flashlight and I noticed coils.....I slid a business card underneath and flung it out. One of those things that if you tried a hundred times you couldn't reproduce it.

Nonetheless, this has got me definitely still in the hunt for several replacement springs. I already have a spare extractor (from LMT itself a few years ago) so a few extra springs would be a nice compliment to that.

Glad you found it. One tiny spring can render your weapon inoperable.

Yeah, no shit, especially a proprietary one! I called LMT today and the guy in the sales department said they usually only sell in bulk but since my case essentially rendered the gun inoperable he said they'd make an exception. Had to charge me an upcharge as it was single small parts but they were gonna be $5 each. Oh well, I ordered 3 (one for a spare, and 2 for the spare extractor I have).

I have several of these myself, and remember from the ''LMT Enhanced bot'' thread--- somebody has spare parts for these. Look up that thread, bet'cha that info is there. I just can't remember who it was now.
